We are a privately owned boutique building and renovation company situated in Cape Town, South Africa. We have quickly become recognised for our quality workmanship and attention to detail, Bates operates with professionalism and integrity when it comes to our working ethics and relationships with our clients.

As a boutique building company, we specialise in projects with budgets under R10M. We are large enough for our clients to feel secure in using our services but small enough for us to care about you and your investment. Due to our modest size, we are able to provide personalised service and high quality results for all of your project needs. Each project we take on is allocated to one of our Senior Production Managers, who becomes your point of contact from concept to creation…

Bates also has a very high level painting division offering full painting services to all residential and commercial buildings, including all waterproofing works.
